Greetings loves! I've had a great party week! muahaha! =D
Last Saturday Henrik and I went to his parent's house in Kirke Soby for his birthday celebration (Sunday). We spent the night cooking and baking! If i remember correctly, we baked 2 quiches, 2 apple pies and around 30 banana muffins! Yummm!

sleepover!

Sunday morning we made bacon, eggs and Bente got breads and chese! The whole family was over for brunch. It was a big sucess if i do say so myself =D hehe and the neighbor kids also came to say hi! I think everyone was happy, especially Henrik which makes me happy! I had to play with the kids because they- for SOME reason- discovered I was tickleish and decided it was a fun thing to do! humph! It was so tiring but they were so cute. While watching a kids movie in Danish, they knew I didn't understand. So they tried to explain to me what was happening, only the children can't speak English! LOL Anyway it was a great day and we went home after a long nap and dinner!

neighbors came over to wish Henrik a happy birthday!

Baby's presents. Hes so spoiled lol
You know you're old when your wishlist has household appliances on it =x LOL

snowball fight!
Monday was pretty uneventful, though I did bake a Devil's cake for Henriks birthday (plus got some groceries and the cashier was all weird asking for my zip code)! And we had a slice right after midnight! heehee! I'm pretty surprised with myself actually, but it was delicious!
Tuesday Baby got his "traditional surprise" birthday breakfast! I made strawberry crepes, strawberry parfait, scrambled eggs and bacon with toast! =D Very filling *burps*

We decided to take a walk all the way to Norreport to exchange some birthday gifts. On the way, we stopped at the graveyard (I know, the irony right LOL) where a lot of famous people were buried. It was kind of nice. I decided I would like a plot with flowers and a glossy tombstone so that no moss would grow all over it and make it green. Anyway *touchwood* lol

checking out the map

my "scared" face

Some famous guy (+ his family) we hunted the graveyard for. I think he was a Philosopher

the graveyard was filled with these creepy trees (I forgot what they're called) that you see in movies all the time!

another famous scientist. I thought this one's tombstone was pretty cool.

I don't know whos grave this is but I thought it was pretty!

*loves*

the ever so famous- Hans Christian Andersen's tombstone
It was so cold out, after our little graveyard tour we stopped for some coffee! Unfortunately, when we reached Norreport, we couldn't find one of the stores he needed and couldnt find the return tag for the other present (we have found it now so we shall take a trip back soon!).

People watching at the window! hehehe
We got home and made a really delicious dinner of roast beef and potatoes! And around 9, some people came over for cake, coffee and games! Super great day! *happies*

beef and bacon
Denmark is the 2nd most bacon consuming country in the world!

boardgames! I can see the love spreading here *loves!*

im not even sure

decisions decisions

lol the game was so intense Jimmy slid off of the couch =x
On Wednesday, the guys came over to study...other than that, nothing exciting.
Thursday we went to the Fish mall to get our candlestick holder replaced. (and was probably served by the slowest, most confused staff ever) Got some groceries and I took the train home all by myself! muahahaha!
Friday we threw a birthday party for Henrik with his friends! I think we had about 30 people over! LOL 30 really drunk people! I had so much fun and there were cupcakes all around! It was great, people were happy and I must say, this was the most scandalous Danish party I've ever been present for! muahaha! I believe there was some bike crashing, bike losing, jacket losing, desperate women, scandalous couples and a dirtied bed. LOL - everything you'd need for a good party + booze!
Some of the guys didn't leave until 6+am! Which was why on Saturday we woke up well past 2pm. After some cleaning and rolling around we went to McDonalds for dinner! Not to forget-jalepeno poppers! muahaha!!

hehehe wedges!

most delicious jalepeno popper everrrr!!!

It was so good, I bit my lip due to rapid eating =(
Yesterday Henriks parents cme to visit us for lunch! (and fix soe lights in the kitchen) It was cute! Bente brought me flowers and pictures and chocolate! heehee

It also snowed in the evening and just never stopped!!
Though snow in Copenhagen is not as clean or ice as in the country. lol
In the evening we had a "couples night" at yentz's place. Haha I feel like old people. Dinner was terrific though! there was soup, mashed potatoes, roast beef and veggies follwed by some tasty cake for desert! *burps* The conversation and company was good and I had a lot of fun! *happies*
P.S.- Pamela is going to Berlin, Germany!!! yayy!! *happies+excited+happies* The bf had bought tickets and reservations for us and surprised me with it for Valentine's Day! heehee. I got it a little early, but I needed to know early anyway!! I must say, this is by far the best Valentine's day present I've ever gotten in the history of everrr! =D
P.P.S.- The sock elf continues to terrorize my washing machine and dryer. * looks around suspiciously* There is always a missing sock. I don't see why it can't just take a whole pair instead of one side of each pair.
P.P.P.S- The little mermaid is going to China for some world event later this year!
