*Gasp*! time has flew by so fast! It's almost time for me to go home! But theres a lot of things to look forward to! My birthday, Mikala coming to visit, Christmas, New Years and hopefully Henrik will come visit me before Chinese New year! Anyway, October has been a pretty good month. Its becoming colder and colder! I've become very used to a slower paced life of being home on the weekdays. (Only its going to change again in about a week -.-") Plus there was the whole Halloween thing I just finished cleaning yesterday. Yay!
This October:
- I went costume hunting with Henrik. Costumes were too expensive for me to want to order, so I made ours! We went to Stoff2000 (cloth store) to get cloth and ribbons! It was actually not too hard if you're not the perfectionist type lol
We had some lunch at the store inbetween the two Stoff stores called the Purple Turtle! Its a "trendy" smoothie store. The smoothie I had was nice, but I think the ones Henrik makes for me is better! I liked the fact the cafe had purple walls and a purple leather couch-I'd hate to see anywhere else but a cafe with a purple theme. It also had outlets for laptops to be plugged in. However, the thing that ruined our experience is that the server forgot our order for like an hour! Plus when the sandwhiches got to us they were flat. I was hungry so it tasted good, but moneys worth? Absolutely not. I think the only reason I'd go back is because I like the name of the store. hehehe

- We saw The Hurt Locker (atually we saw it in early sept lol but i forgot till now) Which was an ok movie. I wasn't that impressed. Pam's rating is 3/5.
Afterwards, we had a drink at Vesterport Brewhouse! It was pretty nice! Wheat beer!
- I went to L.A. Bar with the girls- Julie, Sophie and Mikala- after a farewell dinner for Mikala whom is travelling asia for 2 months and-have i mentioned: Is coming to visit me in Singapore! woot woot! It was a really good party night that ended in extremely drunken confusion. hmmm Plus I was so drunk the club woudn't give me my jacket back =( LOL Well, what can I say, Its not like its never happened before =x heh

Sophie and Julie

- The following Monday, Julie and Mikala came over with cake and flowers. It was really good cake!! and really good girl time!

- There was the Copenhagen Countdown for the Olympics location in 2016. Oprah had came to support Chicago! as did the Obamas. I didn't get to see them though I think its awesome Oprah and I were just a bus ride awayyy. Ok, anywayy, we went to the conert in the square. The crowd was massive crazy! There were the Danish gymnastic teams and the dirt bake teams showing off in their own little area. The best part of this event was Aqua! lol they peformed their new songs and some old and the world famous Barbie Girl song! hehehe Other performing artists were D.A.D and Medina. Its incredible I've been in the country for only 3 months and saw Medina 3x and D.A.D 2x!!!
Afterwards we went for drinks with the guys at this lttle bar that sells some sort of Honey shots. lol wierdos.
- I made a chocolate souffle! and a berry souffle! We had too many egg whites left over from another project and it'd have been a shame to waste them ;) Chocolate souffle is definitely the way to go! It was so incredibly delicious!

- We had our anniversary dinner! (a day early cuz he had to work the next day) We had our dinner at a cute little cafe called Pussy Galore's! Haha I chose there because I thought the name was funny =x I had a really delicious steak with a super good, super salty (to my liking) white sauce! I have no idea what its called but OMG it was wonderful! I'm in love! I would've licked the saucer if I were alone!
Henrik had the pork which was also pretty good, but not as good as my sauce!!! *loves* Its amazing how time flies so fast!

my love!

my new love!!!! hehehe!
- I made anniversary breakfast the next morning! It was eggs benedict that I love! I couldn't find any English muffins at the grocery store (which is wierd because Denmark is so much closer to the UK than Wisconsin or Singapore) so I used some fried rolls instead. Stil crazy delicious!

eggs benedict!

baby opening his present
I got baby a coffee grinder that hes been wanting sinc forever! and He was so happy its totally worth it! He made some vietnamese coffee that we'd gotten in Vietnam. yumm =D
- Henrik got me tickets to Cirque Du Soleil for our anniversary!!! I'm so freaking happy! I'd always wanted to see them and never got a chance to! and I didn't remember telling him but he remembered! *loves* whch makes the situation so much sweeter! Plus it is just fate that they came to Denamark near our anniversary! *happies* (For those of you who don't know because you're either retarded or a mountain turtle, Cirque Du Soleil is an acrobatic circus that tells a story through music!)

We had pizza before we went (Oct 24th) to the show. It was a good place. I like my pizza with meat! and especially pork! none of that singapore chicken crap for me!! hehe

The Cirque Du Soleil show was freaking fantabulous. It was so colorful and funny! I was so awed with their flipping and swinging and jumping. Seriously, I was captivated for every second of the show. Henrik liked it too! (He totally thought it was some girly thing- but its not!) Too bad they don't allow pictures. There was a clown that did really funny impressions and miming, sometimes including the audience! Loved it! Thanks baby! You're my hero!

After the Cirque Du Soleil, Henrik brought me to a shady but pleasant bar for a drink. I discovered how much I love apple cider! I knew I liked it when non-alcoholic, but its just as nice with alcohol!!! (though theres no cinnamon in it lol) *happies*
- We got new bedsheets! I wanted all purple but baby was like "noooo thats too gay!! we must have black!!" So, we got one of each lol. But I'm still happy! cuz the ones he had before were pretty gross. hehe

- Henrik even got me matching flowers!-Matching to the bed that is! Orchids! One of my favorite flowers everrr!! and this time they're in pots! so they last as long as I can keep them alive! hehe But I think I'm doing a good job! Its been like a month and some of the bluds have bloomed! I totally love them! hehehe Plus they're pretty easy to keep as I only have to water them once a week without getting their leaves and petals wet ;)

the last bud on the end has bloomed for this one!

this one's bud is still growing
- We went to the Muse concert! It was freaking awesome! I knew a lot of their songs because Henrik is obsessed with them and their new album. He not only downloaded it to their album, but bought a CD too! and I had to listen to both constantly! But after the concert, I apreciate it more. The concert was so great, the band is so talented. The insync visual effects were awesome. At one point baby picked me up onto his shoulders! The view from there was freaking amazing! I must bring him along for future concerts! lol

muse tickets!
- We celebrated J Day! J day is celebrating the day Christmas Beer comes out. Tuborg Julebryg! There was a party crew dressed in Julebryg gear going from bar to bar giving out free bottles of beer. I think its just an excuse to get drunk. LOL it use to be held on a weekday, but the company was forced to push it to a Friday because no kida were going to school the next day and workers were unproductive due to hangovers. hahaha wth.
- Henrik got me these chocolate ball things. pretty good, but I still want flødeboller!!!! rawrrr!!

- We went to Henrik's brother Peter's birthday party! He and Joan had us, Henrik's parents, uncle and grandpa over for dinner. It was really nice. There was a danish pork stew, salad, rice and potatoes! Then there was the cake that Joan made with Bente's recipe! Yummm!! Omg it was good! Henriks family is so adorable! hehe!
